Mid-Snake RC&D

Established in 1993, the Mid-Snake Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) Area submitted an application for authorization to the Department of Agriculture. Federal authorization was received in 1998 and the Council is fully operational. The Mid-Snake RC&D Area covers Cassia, Jerome, Minidoka, and Twin Falls Counties in Idaho.

The RC&D Council is assisted by Project Coordinator, Julie Thomas. This position is being funded jointly by the Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service and Forest Service until authorization is received.  Julie's part-time assistant is Bonnie Beckley.
