National Food Security Act Manual Notices

The procedures in this manual provide NRCS policy for implementation of the following:

• Highly Erodible Land Conservation Provisions (HELC)
• Wetland Conservation Provisions (WC)
• FSA Farm-Credit participants
• Wetland mitigation easements for the maintenance of wetlands [(7 CFR 12.5(b)(4)(i)]
