SUBJECT:  PER - USDA Computer Security Awareness Training and Privacy Basics Training

TO:   All Employees, NRCS, Idaho

Purpose. Inform employees of the mandated requirement to complete USDA Computer Security Awareness Training and Privacy Basics Training

Expiration Date.  March 31, 2008

Action Required by: March 31, 2008

National Bulletin 270.8.3 IRM-Fiscal Year 2008 Computer Security Awareness Training and Privacy Basics Courses has been issued requiring all employees, contractors, and all individuals with eAuth Level 2 complete USDA Computer Security Awareness Training and Privacy Basics Training.  Please be aware that the course structure for these modules are different this year and will require at least 1-2 hours per course to complete.  These two modules have been added to AgLearn learning plans.

Individuals that do not complete the modules by the deadline are subject to having their computer access suspended.  Contact Nanette Cambron, Training Officer, at 208-378-5712, if you have questions.
