SUBJECT:  PER - Safety Program FY 2008 CPR/AED Defibrillators

TO:   All Employees, NRCS, Idaho

Purpose. To provide Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) guidance and information

Expiration Date.  September 30, 2008

In December 2007, each office received a HeadStart OnSite Automatic External Defibrillator. As part of the education process, employees should read the AED 1-2-3 Step Instructions and Owner’s Manual.  

AED 1-2-3 Step Instructions posters will be shipped to each office, along with a red carrying case for AED storage.  Once received, place these in a centralized area with easy access.  Administrative Services will send replacement parts as needed or according to expiration dates.  For further information on your specific Defibrillator, see attached list.
