PARENTAL RELEASE FORM

Natural Resources Conservation Service:

I grant permission for my child (children), listed below, to participate in the NRCS sponsored “Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day” on __________________,2006.

I agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless, the NRCS and it’s employees from any and all claims, causes of action, judgments or costs arising out of my child’s (children’s) participation in this activity.
