SUBJECT:  PGM - Idaho Revision of an Exhibit in the Programs Manual

TO:   All Employees, NRCS, Idaho

Purpose.  To provide a comprehensive checklist for the Six-Part Folder when doing contracts/conservation plans

Expiration Date.  September 30, 2008

In an effort to make it easier for Field Office personnel and Quality Assurance Review (QAR) teams to consistently find information in a six-part folder, a revision to Title 440, Conservation Programs Manual, Subpart J – Exhibits has been completed. The majority of the revisions can be found under the 1st Cover, 4th Cover and 5th Cover headings.

Filing Instructions:

Print the attached Idaho Amendment 1, dated January 2008, on GREEN PAPER and file behind the National Part 512.93 in Subpart J – Exhibits.
